Description of Farasaz test station
Two gantry devices are used to apply transverse and longitudinal forces. The transverse gantry is located at a distance of 50 meters and the longitudinal gantry is located at a distance of 42 meters from the test rig. The task of these gantries is to change the direction of the force applied by the wing to a definite and mostly horizontal slope.
This is possible by passing the power cable through the hanging gantry. Farasaz test station has a foundation on which it is possible to install mesh towers and monopoly towers. Farasaz test station has a multi purpose foundation, it is possible to install every kind of lattice towers and monopole towers. Three sets of Winches are provided at the test station to apply transverse, longitudinal and vertical forces. An electric motor is provided for each winch and a foundation is provided for each series of winches.
Total longitudinal and vertical winches adjacent to the longitudinal gantry and transverse winches adjacent to the transverse gantry. A crane with 50 tons capacity & 50M height is used to install the test towers. Two theodolite devices are used to read transverse and longitudinal places.
Control room of Farasaz test station
This control room is equipped with electric motor & control system, hardware system and load cell monitoring and computer. During a test, the tester observes the force information in the monitoring system and gives the necessary instructions to the electric motors. in this time controller see the results in another monitor.
In Farasaz test station, the forces that enter the structure in real conditions, enter to tower and the tower is tested in real conditions.
This station is also ready to carry out destruction tests, but due to the possible damages that will be inflicted on the station during the testing, these tests will be carried out in compliance with the principles and rules, as well as tacit agreemen

Steps to perform type test
After receiving the information related to the rig, the engineers of the test station check how the test is performed and present the test method and related documents to the employer in a booklet as a test procedure. After approval of the test booklet, the technical staff of the test station will start preparing the test station according to the plans provided in it, which includes cabling, calibration of load cells, assembly and installation of the test tower, and 50% test. After preparing the test station with the presence of representatives of the project employer, consulting companies and the test employer will perform the test operation in a period of 1 to 3 days. Is sent to the employer in a booklet called the test report.
